Today I held a internal audit couses, speciel for the blue collor people. I knew in advance, that it was some heavy training. And did not expect that they would work with the task, from day one. But here I was surprised. They looked skeptical - They asked into the job, more than once - and they were not quite accustomed to navigate on our intranet. But they learned fast ! So all ready after three hours, they were ready to take the first time of internal audit. Using the audit tools. I am looking forward to see the employees taking this task. It will give me room to do other things. And it gives the employees the influence and knowlegde of our environment. Praise for the people.
