He got the pink slip !

Yesterday I learned that one of my former colleagues from India has been said up due to reduction in staff. Or as he wrote to me: "I got the pink slip !" - That I was sorry to hear. Bushan was a skilled specialist in certification systems and audits. And he could, with his background, really make value-based audit - so the company always was wiser and better performed after his visit. I used him as an assistant, when I made environmental audits in Bangalore / India. Clever guy. He was also in Denmark, where I invited him home for a beer. The contrast between his world and my world is very big. He took many pictures to show his family home in India. (His visit to Denmark was the first time he had been outside India) - I hope he soonwill finds a new job.

The social system in India is very small. And Bhushan has both a wife and children to support. - When I compare our lives with the opportunities he has, after losing his job, so we should not complain in Denmark. Sometimes I curl my toes when I hear about the problems that we Danes believe is a major problem.
