The new government in Denmark plans to increase subsidiess for ecology foods. They hope that it will create a more healthy, and less polluting cultivation methods. I do not think that this is the right method. No matter how much one gives in grants - How much you want a cleaner production - How much you encouraging farmers to become organic. It is the market that determines whether they can sell their goods. Therefore the total ecology needs to be pulled by demand. If the organic products are in demand, there will always be someone who will make the orcanic products. If the covernment gives subsidies to the producer, we will run the risk that there are too many organic products on the market. The price will fall ( Good for buyers) - But bad for the producer. They can not survive on their production..... And they have become producer with losses - Which are help up by support of the community - It looks like what the Russians was doing in the old USSR.
