In the end, professionals feel disappointment and waste their valuable time for being at wherever they don’t belong. I’ve seen couple of interviews with CEO and Directors and some of them need only PPE registrar (the Cost Saver), not Safety Culture Developer.
Most people think Company hires Professionals, but I believe experienced Professionals choose Company.
Most Companies think that they can buy any experienced Professional, but it’s not true again because Professionals need satisfaction on improvements and performances according to their strategy first, that is why they survey about Company carefully for making a choice.
