Get together !

I have got the task to bring all my HSE colleagues together for the annual HSE conference. One of task, that I think are funny. I have already determined the agenda - ( Will be very tight ) - And the place will be India. ( The factory in Dabaspet near Bangalore - and the hotel will be The Golden Palm ) - So now it is just to get out the invitations and hope that everyone has room in their calender.
