Small talk in the plain !

On my flight trip home, I came to sit beside a young Chinese girl. She spoke good english so we had a chat about this and that. She worked for a danish company and was heading to Copenhagen to get some training. Her route inside this company was a story in itself. The Danish company have tried to establish a contact in China. And in this Chinese company, she was an employee. Since the switch does not succeed, she wrote a letter to the danish cmpany and offered her personal assistence. And it pays off. She was hired and is now an agent for the treir products in China. I will call that, to take responsibility and initiative ! Her knowledge of Denmark was limited, because she had travel to Copenhagen a day earlyer, so she cut go shopping. But since it was sunday, there was not mich to buy. I recommended a harbor tour.
